Am 28.01.2026 kam es ab 22:27 Uhr in Rack R09C03 zu einem Ausfall einer Stromphase.
Unsere Techniker waren um 22:45 Uhr vor Ort und haben die betroffene Phase evakuiert sowie die angeschlossenen Systeme auf die verbleibende Phase umgesteckt. Ab 22:52 Uhr waren alle Geräte wieder mit Strom versorgt.
Aktuell wird das Rack nur über eine Phase betrieben und verfügt daher vorübergehend über keine redundante Stromversorgung.
Das Rechenzentrumspersonal wird die Störung im Stromnetz am 29.01.2026 analysieren und voraussichtlich zeitnah beheben.

On January 28, 2026, a power outage occurred on one phase in rack R09C03 starting at 22:27.
Our technicians arrived on site at 22:45 and evacuated the affected phase. All devices were reconnected to the remaining phase, and full power supply was restored at 22:52.
Currently, the rack is operating on a single power phase and therefore has no redundancy.
The data center staff will analyze the power issue on January 29, 2026 and is expected to resolve it as soon as possible.
