Die Migration auf den neuen Haupt-Upstream ist vollständig abgeschlossen.

Der Traffic läuft nun vollständig über den neuen Haupt-Upstream. Nach aktuellem Stand bestehen keine weiteren Beeinträchtigungen.

Der Vorfall ist damit geschlossen. Weitere Auswirkungen oder Einschränkungen werden derzeit nicht erwartet.

This incident is now considered resolved. No further disruption or degradation is currently expected.

Seit ca. 2026-04-24 10:25 CEST läuft der ausgehende Traffic vollständig über den neuen Upstream. Aktuell sehen wir dabei keine Auffälligkeiten.

Eingehend besteht derzeit noch ein Mix aus Routing über den alten und den neuen Upstream.

Für unsere Downstream-ASN-Kunden besteht über den neuen Upstream aktuell noch ein Routing-Problem. Daher haben wir den eingehenden Traffic noch nicht vollständig auf den neuen Upstream umgeschwenkt.

Wir sind hierzu bereits in Abstimmung mit dem NOC des neuen Upstreams, um schnellstmöglich eine Lösung umzusetzen.

Since approximately 2026-04-24 10:25 CEST, all outbound traffic has been running via the new upstream. We are currently not seeing any issues on that path.

Inbound traffic is still a mix of routing via the old and the new upstream.

There is currently a routing issue affecting our downstream ASN customers on the new upstream. For that reason, we have not yet fully migrated inbound traffic to the new upstream.

We are already coordinating with the new upstream's NOC to implement a solution as soon as possible.

Seit 2026-04-24 09:55 CEST konfigurieren wir die neue BGP-Session zum neuen Upstream.

Ein Teil des Traffics wird bereits über den neuen Upstream geroutet. Der bisherige Upstream ist aktuell weiterhin verfügbar.

Während der laufenden Umschaltung kann es temporär zu Paketverlust und kurzen Routing-Unstetigkeiten kommen.

Nach aktuellem Stand erwarten wir keine längere Downtime mehr, da der neue Upstream bereits produktiv angebunden ist.

Since 2026-04-24 09:55 CEST, we have been configuring the new BGP session to the new upstream.

A portion of traffic is already being routed via the new upstream. The previous upstream is currently still available.

During the ongoing migration, temporary packet loss and short routing instability may occur.

Based on the current status, we do not expect any prolonged downtime, as the new upstream is already active in production.

Aktuell kommt es aufgrund einer Störung bzw. Einschränkung bei einem Upstream-Provider zu Problemen mit der externen Anbindung am Standort Köln.

Davon sind derzeit sämtliche Dienste an unserem Standort Köln betroffen oder können kurzfristig betroffen sein.

Ein Totalausfall der Anbindung kann aktuell nicht ausgeschlossen werden.

Wir arbeiten mit höchster Priorität an einer Lösung und planen, am 24.04.2026 einen neuen Provider anzubinden, um die Situation schnellstmöglich zu stabilisieren.

Sobald es neue Informationen gibt, veröffentlichen wir ein weiteres Update.

Network connectivity issues

We are currently experiencing issues with external connectivity at our Cologne site due to a disruption or limitation affecting one of our upstream providers.

As a result, all services at our Cologne location are currently affected or may be affected at short notice.

A complete outage of the connectivity cannot currently be ruled out.

We are working on a solution with high priority and currently plan to bring a new provider online during the morning of 2026-04-24 in order to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible.

We will provide another update as soon as new information becomes available.
